Everything you need to know about file setup, gang sheets, turnaround time, pressing, shipping, and ordering from DTF Colorado.
We recommend PNG with a transparent background. PDF, AI, and EPS are also accepted. Your artwork should be 300 DPI at final print size. We print exactly what you upload, so low-resolution files may print blurry.
No. We do not resize, clean up, remove backgrounds, or adjust spacing. Please make sure your file is fully print-ready before placing your order.
Our gang sheets are 22.5 inches wide and available in multiple lengths. We also offer a rolling canvas gang sheet builder up to 200 inches long so you can maximize space and order exactly what you need.
Standard processing is 24 hours. Expedited processing is available for an additional $25 and gets your order ready within 6 business hours. Rush processing is $50 and gets your order printed within 4 business hours.
We recommend 300–325°F for 10–15 seconds using medium to firm pressure. After peeling, press again for 5–10 seconds. Always test before bulk production since every heat press behaves differently.
This is usually caused by incorrect temperature, not enough pressure, skipping the second press, or an uncalibrated heat press. We strongly recommend checking your heat press with a heat gun.
Yes. We offer flat rate shipping for $7 and free ground shipping on orders over $150. We also offer local pickup from our Longmont, Colorado location once your order is ready.
Because all orders are custom printed, all sales are final. If there is a verified production defect, contact us within 24 hours with clear photos and your order details so we can review the issue.
